I am very pleased with my new television. It has an splendid picture and the remote is tardily to operate. I receive other Sony televisions and experience never had a problem with any of them. I am besides pleased with purchasing the TV from Amazon. I received previously purchased TV’s Sony BRAVIA KDL55NX720 for two or three online stores in the Young York Area. These companies immediately predicted and attempted to sell me extra productions and went warranties. I did not similar their hard sell approach. Buying from Amazon was much different. Formerly I made the purchase there were no followup telephone calls. They maintained me substantially informed till the production arrived. I will continue to support Amazon with other purchases.
